Aashika came to brand work sideways. A year as an Operations Analyst at Goldman Sachs, an MBA, and then a decade-plus across F&B, lifestyle, SaaS, manufacturing, retail and FMCG — somewhere along the way the analyst’s discipline fused with the storyteller’s instinct, and that fusion is what she now brings to clients.
She runs her own consulting practice, with a partner-level role at TwoTigers&Co alongside it. The client list across those years reads as wide as her appetite: Netflix, Homecentre, TimeOut India, BCG, UrbanPiper, Zimplistic, Bharat Fritz Werner, the India Game Developers Conference. Earlier, two years inside ITC Foods as Senior Social Media Manager in the company’s Marketing Command Centre anchored her enterprise credentials.
At Flibbr® she works the brand-storytelling-meets-digital edge — campaign briefs, content calendars, platform-specific brand communication. She is also turning her attention to AI, partly because storytelling is being rewritten in real time and partly because she’s curious where the limit is.
She is based in Bengaluru.
