Bharat treats hustle as a discipline rather than a phase. Director — Operations & Growth at Flibbr®, he sits where creative storytelling meets the practical machinery of getting work done — and he is fourteen years into the craft of running both at once.
His agency arc has run through White Canvas Communications (where he spent his anchor four-plus years), Dayzero Communications, Greenroom Now, Tempest Advertising and People Design, working on PepsiCo, ITC, SAB Miller, Swiggy, Myntra, Viacom18 across VH1, Comedy Central and Colors Infinity, Prime Video, Tata Projects, the CK Birla Group, Brigade, William Penn and a long list of others. The range reflects a generalist’s appetite rather than a specialist’s narrowing. He runs his own proprietorship, Bloom Inc., alongside his Flibbr® role.
At Flibbr® he leads the firm’s operational backbone — workflow, client relationships, growth, the day-to-day discipline that lets the bench do its work. “I don’t just manage brands,” he says. “I evangelise them.”
He is also a guitarist and a live sound engineer. He is based in Bengaluru.
