Chaitali Raizada

Chaitali came to brand consulting the long way around. Twenty years across customer-services leadership in the IT sector, anchored by six years at Tecnotree Corporation running client services and operations for telecom OSS/BSS deployments, taught her something most agency-trained Directors never quite learn, which is what it actually feels like to be the client.
Her path also includes humanitarian operations for Oxfam GB during the Bhuj earthquake response, work as Executive Assistant to the MD & CEO at Lifetree Convergence, and management trainee work at Parle Products (where she was part of the brand-development team that launched Hide & Seek in India). The combination is rare on a brand-consulting bench, and it is exactly what the Director, Client Relations role at Flibbr® asks for.
She has built things from scratch elsewhere too. Taantraa, the radical vegan and gluten-free bakery she founded in Bengaluru in 2012, has been written up in Femina and Vogue, and earned a devoted following among food lovers, nutrition experts, diabetics and the gluten-allergic community alike. She is also co-founder of Live Equal Foundation, the Section 8 non-profit dedicated to removing inequity.
