Piyash Ghosh
Piyash came to advertising through Physics — a BSc Honours from Calcutta University before a PGDCM in Advertising redirected the trajectory — and the scientist’s habit of asking why has never quite left the work. Over two decades in the industry, fifteen of them at Rediffusion.
Under Piyash’s leadership, the Kolkata branch won Agency of the Year for five consecutive years at the Kolkata award fest. His work across Eveready, ITC, Tata, Exide, TVS Tyres, DNA and ABP has earned recognition at WPP Best Creative, Adfest, Goafest and Thinkprint, and he has crafted brand identities including TATA’s 100 Years, the SVF Hoichoi OTT Platform, and Rediffusion Brand Solutions itself. In December 2021 he co-founded BANG ON, his own creative venture, which continues alongside his Flibbr® work.
Filmmaking and cinematography are his abiding passions — he has shot ad films and a music video, and the director-of-photography craft is how he sees the world even when he isn’t holding a camera. At Flibbr® he brings art-direction depth, identity-design experience, and a craftsman’s eye.
He is based in Kolkata.
