Rahul Jauhari
Rahul has spent almost three decades arguing that creative thinking is the most undervalued asset in business. He has worked across McCann, Lintas, with two long stints at Rediffusion India, which he led as Joint President and Chief Creative Officer; He now manages Flibbr®, the firm he and Hari Ganesh founded in January 2022.
The Flibbr® chapter began with a sabbatical year — his “Chief Sabbatical Officer” period, as his LinkedIn put it at the time — and it has since earned the WARC Gold, Effies Global Best of the Best, the PepsiCo BAM Awards in New York and MADDYs Gold for work across clients including PepsiCo India, Tata Sons, HP India, TAFE, Colgate and Zimplistic Singapore. Almost every new client the firm earned was referred by an existing client. He has been jury member and winner at Cannes Lions, WARC, Effies, Spikes Asia, One Show and Goafest’s ABBYs.
At Flibbr® he conceptualized the Brand Intelligence Bootcamp — where he conducts a session on Creativity. Rahul writes regularly for The Dispatch on topics such as creative thinking, AI used badly, and the brands that get it right. Alongside, he is also building Earthness, his farming venture in Bengaluru.
“Brands are built on the back of consistency, not just inspiration,” he says. He has been saying it through the years and still stands by it.
