Flibbr® Consulting was founded in early 2022 out of a belief that marketers were missing high value thinking and a deeper partnership with their agency counterparts due to the inherent constraints in the conventional advertising industry model. Both Hari Ganesh, my co-founder and I, also believed that the potential impact that creative thinking can bring to serious business challenges was significantly undervalued, largely due to the inability of the industry to assert its contribution to the clients’ business.
Flibbr® was founded to address this gap.
At an early stage, Flibbr® was designed to deliver a ‘Build Your Own’ model to clients. Flibbr® clients are not restricted by the limited talent pool of one organisation. We tap into an eco-system of hand-picked, seasoned, top-draw talent, be they from advertising, marketing, data, design, AI, or technology. We treat every client’s challenge as unique and create a team that is best suited to answer it.
Flibbr® does not believe in ‘vendors.’ We bring key partners with different skill-sets onboard as integral members of the team. We believe this approach brings a richer, nuanced, more impactful solution to the table.
Importantly, we do not discount. Neither do we participate in pitches. What we do, is bring serious value to the table.

Project Consulting
A finite time-bound engagement model where a custom created A-Team consisting of industry experts tackles business/communication challenges. With end-to-end capabilities stretching from strategy to execution, across platforms.
Build-Operate-Transfer
We can create, foster and run dedicated in-house teams for our client partners which are ultimately integrated and handed over to the client at the end of the engagement period.
Skin-In-The-Game
We are open to partnering emerging businesses by providing specific strategic and creative marketing services. The remuneration model can vary from pure stake share to a combination of fixed fee and stake-share/profit share.
Retainer
A long-term relationship where we create a custom-built A-team to handle our client’s strategic, design and communication requirements at a fixed (+variable) retainer fee arrangement.
